View/Notes: The stone pulpit is a masterwork
of late Gothic sculpture.  Long attributed to Anton Pilgram, today Niclaes
Gerhaert van Leyden is thought more likely to be the carver.  So that the
local language sermon could better be heard by the worshipers in the days
before microphones and loud speakers, the pulpit stands against a pillar out in
the nave, instead of in the chancel at the front of the church.

Minor corner/edge wear, light soiling, age toning. Very Good condition.
Due
to the Pandemic and Influx of Seasonal Visitors; some of the Mail from Florida
is taking up to 20 or more DAYS TO REACH the Addressee. Please be Aware of this
fact. There is nothing I can do about this Problem with USA Post Office.

cardboard carton for added protection.

packaged with stiff cardboard and marked “Do Not Bend”.
